Relationships
Mateo Flores
Mateo, oh Mateo. Radiant has it bad. You really, truly cannot get a crush on the guy you’ve sworn to protect with your life, for the rest of your life. He’ll take this deep-set affection to his grave. Maybe.
King Solis
To Radiant, the king is a man who can do much wrong, but does all he can to make these things right. He sees the king as an excellent role model, and a man who will always learn from his mistakes. He’s forever grateful for the promotion he gave him as well.
Andromeda Kimani
Radiant has only seen Andy a handful of times, but he sees her as a younger sister. Something about her brings up old emotions and blurry memories, some pleasant, some not, but he knows this isn’t her fault. She’s a sweet young girl, and he wants to do his best in assisting Starshine in protecting her.
The Knight of Shining Stars
Starshine. What is there to say about her, and what isn’t there to say about her? Radiant, though he’ll never admit it, is a bit scared of her. She seems to see right through him. Despite his somewhat reasonable fear of her, he does admire her skills and determination to do what’s right. He just wishes she wasn’t such an egomaniac.
Juliana Misyat
The princess is a sweet and quiet girl. He’s only met her once in passing, but, unlike most, she went out of her way to introduce herself. Though his meeting with her was short, he felt a sort of kinship with her. She seemed like the type to hide her emotions.
Atlas Misyat
Radiant doesn’t like Atlas. At all. Another member of the Misyat family he’s only met once, Atlas seemed to have a clear disdain for Radiant, and would often go out of his way to try and get Mateo away from the knight. Mateo has confided in Radiant that Atlas has always been like that, and he got used to it over time, which just made Radiant more upset.
